Event Ticket Refund/Return Policy and Cancelation policy?
In the event that guests can not make their event they can email and request a refund.
We DO NOT offer full refunds but we may consider a partial refund depending on the circumstances and that is based on our own discretion. If there is a cancellation on the company's part we will offer another event of equal value or a full refund.
Refund requests need to be sent 7 days prior to the event to be considered for a partial refund.
In the case we offer a refund it will be 50% of the total price.
There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on any digital or custom product, and NO REFUND OR RETURNS on services.
